It was another dining alone night. The boy is still at work, and who knows when he'll be back! His job kind of blows, but he is the only income so I can't complain!

Dinner tonight I decided to make chicken caesar salad with homemade croutons.

First I started with a slice of whole wheat bread and spritz it with spray butter. You can use regular, I just save calories.

I then sprinkled on some French Herb Blend Gourmet Salt by Beyond the Shaker! I absolutely love it! Beyond the Shaker Gourmet Salts are made in Michigan, and are absolutely divine! This one has some lavender in it, and it gives it that extra amazing taste. If you love giving your meat or bread some flavor seriously check out Beyond the Shaker! They are absolutely fabulous, and know how to create salts. Plus gotta support Michigan xo

Popped the bread into the oven on broil. Make sure you leave the oven door open so you don't start a fire and be sure to flip the bread!

Look at how delish this looks! Just cut it up into crouton pieces!

I put the French Herb Blend of Beyond the Shaker's Gourmet Salt on my chicken as well. It gave my salad a fabulous flavor!

Since the boy is gone for the night I decided to take the opportunity to have a little bit of me pampering time.

First I took a shower, and got all clean. Then I took a bubble bath using EO Vanilla Coconut with Tangerine Bubble Bath! Oh the smell was absolutely fabulous! I didn't want to get out of the bath. Does any one else shower first and then take a bubble bath? I hate bathing in my own filth.

I then did a skin and tonic masque that I bought at Ulta. Oh my word I loved it. The smell was divine seriously if you just want a relaxing masque check out a skin and tonic masque.

Lastly I gave my pout some pampering! I think with the way winter took a toll on my lips it's time to nurse them back to health. I absolutely love lip scrubs. Have you ever tried them before? There are a million different ones out there, even Lush has a couple which i think are worthless. Unlike face scrubs, lip scrubs tend to be very hydrating and smooth away the flakes. The granules are small and very gentle for the lips. A good lip scrub is crucial in the winter time, plus I think it's important to have when preparing for summer. Tonight I used Organic Lime Lip Scrub by The Natural Lip Scrub!

Well I am off to watch idol, and listen to my WoodWick crackle away.

Have a fabulous evening!

xoxo
