Yes it's true debuting this December and spreading to Target by February you'll be able to paint a piece of Bieber on your nails. The pop star has designed a line of nail polishes for Nicole by OPI. I am sure tweens everywhere will be dragging their parents to the store as soon as the collection launches.
The collection is called One Less Loney Girl and the names are inspired by Bieber hits.
