The weather has been reaching the high 90's lately with 100% humidity. It's miserable to even step foot outside, and it is almost impossible to breathe in this muggy weather. So what's a girl to do? Crank the AC, curl up on the couch with my mummie and watch our favorite movie Sweet Home Alabama. Oh and you can't forget the key ingredient to an Indian Summer Night... my Mummie's "famous" banana splits. My Mum makes absolutely fabulous desserts, but nothing beats her banana splits on a hot summers eve.
