WORKOUT: the boy and I hit the trail to run... after three miles I just wasn't feeling it. I was running 10-12 minute miles, my head hurt and I just was not in the proper mindset. Ended up walking eight miles. May is running month, and I am considering my first 5K. I am kind of scared to run one. Three miles could be a couple failure for me, but you never know what you have in you until you go for it I guess.

Before the run I snacked on some animal crackers. After the walk I finished the box of animal crackers.


Dinner
Quesadilla were on the menu for dinner tonight. The boy made one that was ham, pineapple and cheese.


He also had a chicken, pineapple and cheese one.


I put mine on a FlatOut wrap and had chicken, cheese and pineapple on mine.


I rubbed oil on the bottom of the tortillas and on the top. Went into the oven for a little bit...


then broiled them up slightly.


I put some pineapple salsa on mine and also had some brown rice.
