Hope you have had an absolutely fabulous weekend. The weather her was beautiful and we even got to BBQ which I loved! I hate not being able to do that at my apartment... a grill is a must... boy you listening?
So some of you have asked how to cut a cantaloupe so I posted some pictures of how I do it. Hope it helps some of you lost girlies out! I switch cutting boards after cutting off the "skin" due to the fact it has pesticides, germs and scum on it. I wouldn't want my fruit to make me sick.
For dinner I had a honey mustard vinaigrette salad with cantaloupe and pineapple pieces. I also had a piece of chicken which is not pictured
I also had some bread
