Anyone doing anything fun for the weekend? The boy and I are headed to "The Sweetest Place on Earth." If you don't know where that is you'll find out when I return on Sunday!
My 30 day challenge has been extremely rough this week. With the boy home from work, and not understanding that I NEED to do certain things. Monday will start a new plan added on to my 30 day challenge. I will post all about that venture on Monday!

I didn't want to eat out for breakfast and lunch while we're away so I packed some healthy lunch items and snacks to go along for the ride. I also packed some road trip snacks!
For dinner I had milk and peanut butter and raspberry jam crackers...yum yum.
I recently attended a BodyFlow class instructed by Joy at 24 hour fitness. BodyFlow is yoga, tai chi and pilates workout that builds strength and flexibility. It's really neat because it is set to music, so you are able to workout to a rhythm! You can read all about it here!
