Hope you're having an absolutely fabulous day, and you're not having the weather like we are here! It's been an extremely dark, gloomy and rainy day. It appears as though that is our forecast for the ENTIRE week. Can you tell I am not thrilled about that one at all!

Barbecue grill salad. I marinated chicken breast in some bbq sauce (I use Open Pit BBQ Sauces they're my favorite.), and grilled it up. The salad consisted of spinach, strawberries, raspberries and poppy seed dressing.
