In order to not get completely sick of lettuce I decided to have a tomato sandwich and a small side salad.

Spring Greens: 0 pts. (20)
Strawberries: 0 pts. (40)
Raspberry dressing: 1 pt. (35)
Bagel thin: 1 pt. (110)
Tomato: 0 pts. (14)
Mayo: 1 pt. (35)

Lettuce Recall
Speaking of lettuce there has been a recall on ROMAINE LETTUCE.
According to Freshway's lettuce recall, consumers should watch out for romaine lettuce served at in-store salad bars and delis in Kroger, Giant Eagle, Ingles Markets, and Marsh stores. Bulk and bagged romaine typically sold in the produce section are not involved in the recall.

I feel like lettuce and spinach are constantly recalled!

SPF

I have mentioned before about the importance of SPF for our skin. If you missed that chat check it out here. I was always the one to lay out in the sun with no SPF and am making up for it now with the amount of under the skin sun damage that I have.

Obviously someone else wanted to do something about the damage the sun does... so along came an AMAZING product! It's called SunGuard wash in protection and it allows you to transform your every day clothing into sun protected clothing. Seriously fabulous or what?

SunGuard
gets your clothes washed up in UPF 30 sun protection, and it doesn't ruin your regular clothing! SunGuard also blocks more than 96% of the sun's harmful rays and the protection last through 20 future washings. Which is awesome! I know a lot of people are very tight on money so this is a product that actually will not let you down!

One box of SunGuard is only $1.99 and it last through 20 washes. Honestly if you're in the sun often this product could be perfect for you. It comes out to be only PENNIES per garment since it last through 20 washes! Since the boy works outside everyday I think this will be perfect for him.

You can check out the website and order some SunGuard here
