I promise I only watch TV on Monday & Tuesday!

Jessica Simpson's last show of The Price of Beauty aired last night. It was pretty emotional. Did anyone else watch it? I still have to catch up on Gossip Girl... One Tree Hill was... interesting. Now it's time for Dancing with the Stars and Glee. I am a new fan of Glee... do any of you watch it?

Since I was dinner solo.... yet again. I decided to just go with "chick food" and have a salad. Tonights salad consisted of: spring greens, glazed walnuts, Craisins dried cranberries, strawberries and poppyseed dressing.

Day 28 of the challenge

Workout: Boost Metabolism (on demand) Cardio
Water: 82 oz.
Miles: 10 (16 out of 30 for the week completed)

Thoughts: Well I am on day 28 which means I am three days into the challenge. With the amount of water I am drinking I find myself not hungry and not wanting to snack. The salads have been very filling for me. I don't feel like I am starving myself or depriving myself at all. However this morning my body HATED me and I was very sore.
