Biography :
Sonal Sehgal: born July 13, 1981 is a television actress who shot to fame by playing the role of a terrorist, 'Sanjana', in the television serial, 'Saara Akash'. Then followed another serial, 'Hotel Kingston', where she proved her histrionics. Before pursuing her career as an actress, Sehgal had assisted ad filmmaker and director Pradeep Sarkar who recently made his film debut with Parineeta. To start with as an actress, she did a couple of music videos like 'Ghunghat'. One thing led to another and she got a couple of advertisements. While she came to Mumbai for a commercial, she was offered 'Saara Akaash'.
Sonal made her bollywood debut in Himesh Reshamiyya starrer 'Radio'.

Asin Thottumkal Actress Malayalam born 26 October 1985, known mononymously as Asin is an Indian film actress and a model. Making her acting debut in Sathyan Anthikkad's Malayalam film Narendra Makan Jayakanthan Vaka (2001), Asin had her first commercial success with Amma Nanna Tamila Ammayi in 2003, and won a Filmfare Award for the Best Telugu Actress for the film. After a number of films, she received her second South Filmfare Award for Best Actress for her performance in her second Tamil film, Ghajini (2005). She played the lead female roles in hits, the thriller Ghajini (2005) and the action comedy Varalaru (2006). In 2008, Asin made her début in Bollywood, with Ghajini, the remake of its Tamil namesake, subsequently winning the Filmfare Best Female Debut Award.

Summer Sandwich & Dessert

Hello Beauties! I thought I would share a couple fabulous recipes that I have made lately. First is a Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich on an Arnold Sandwich Thin, and then some unhealthy dessert.

Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich

Hawaiian Chicken Breast
• Marinated chicken in Hawaiian Marinade along with with some orange pineapple juice overnight
• Grill Chicken and pineapple rings
• When chicken is finished place buttered Arnold Sandwich thins on the grill to get toasted.
• While thins are toasting place a grilled pineapple ring and some swiss cheese on each piece of chicken.
• When buns are toasted and cheese is melted remove from grill.
• Place a piece of chicken on the sandwich thin along with some honey dijon.

Yum! A delish low calorie and point summer dinner.

A Summer Treat

Magic Cookie Bars

Ingredients:

• non-stick cooking spray
• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup butterscotch chips
  
• 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

• Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
  
• Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in small bowl. Press into bottom of prepared pan. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture. Layer evenly with chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut and nuts. Press down firmly with fork.
• Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Loosen from sides of pan while still warm; let cool completely.

Let me let you in on a secret I am a masque girl. I use different mask at different times of the year. Currently I am absolutely LOVING this phytocell detox mask. I think this mask is ESSENTIAL for fall and winter. It is very hydrating, makes my skin feel smooth and brighter and just makes it look more visually pleasing. Remember to mask one to three times per week for radiant looking skin!
