No Bake Cookies
The boy was craving some cookies. So I decided to make him some no bake cookies.whole wheat pasta: 2 pts. (150)

No Bake Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 3 cups old fashioned Quaker Oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 T. vanilla
- waxed paper
Directions
In a large saucepan bring sugar, butter, milk and cocoa to a boil. Allow mixture to boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal. Drop mixture by the teaspoonfuls on a sheet of waxed paper. Allow to cool and harden.
* note: these harden extremely fast so work quickly.
